Granite Hot Springs Goodbye

Yesterday a group of 18 people and Buck the dog said goodbye to Doug and Becky Wachob. Doug is one of the best teachers we've ever had. What better way to celebrate an amazing career than to spend it in nature with friends? It was a classic Wyoming winter day. Crusty snow in the morning, some sun, stunning mountains, and then snow blowing sideways on the ski back. The 10 miles in to the hot springs ended with chili, bread and a soak. With bittersweetness and tired muscles we sent them off to Anchorage.
