So much has happened since November..I don't even know where to begin. Two months in the world of little people is like 10 years in adult world or something like that.
A trip to Jackson to meet Angus Slater Angstrom.
Cate met Grams.
Hazel's first hair cut. She got her haircut in a pink Cadillac. She is showing off the sparkles they sprayed in her hair.
Hazel was potty trained for a few days when we carried the potty everywhere we went. It was a total tease. Now we are back to diapers. She has lost 100% interest. C'est la vie. She'll let us know when she is ready. And yes, that is Hazel using the potty while helping me bake. I don't blame you for pausing before eating any of our home cooked goodies.
Christmas in New York was wonderful.
Hazel is totally in to dress up. She often wears her duck or cat costume to the store, to music class or runs in the stroller (in the photo above she is wearing her 99 cent Dorthy costume.
Cate is all about crawling, pulling herself up on everything and anything and cautiously taking small little steps with the walker. She is determined to catch up with her big sister. Not to mention eating everything in sight. Her favorite foods so far are broccoli, black beans, and dried mango. She continues to be a super happy baby who smiles often and makes a funny dinasour friendly sound when happy but rarely giggles. Hazel and I discovered the other day the secret to getting her to laugh..pushing her in the swing at the park.
