Yellowstone is amazing

This is a picture of a Black Bear we met in Yellowstone, about 2 miles from the Northeast Entrance. My favorite thing about Yellowstone is the wildlife. My second favorite thing is the fact that so many people are there because they love wildlife.

Fox. Coyote and Wolf on an Elk carcass in the river. Bison, Elk, Deer, Bald Eagles. Not too shabby for a 24 hour getaway.

The scene in the Lamar Valley reminded me of the 4th of July. Everyone had their chairs set up and blankets down to catch the action around the big bull elk.

We even got to go out for bacon and eggs.
