My busy time of year has ended. May-September are my craziest months. I'm not coaching for the next 3 weeks, we're taking a breather from the house buying thing, no crazy Ironman training schedule.
Crabby seller
We were very close to buying that 2 bedroom townhouse, but ran into some big red flags in the form of radon and a wet crawl space. It was good to have Mom and Dad here to help us kick around ideas and wonder about it all. The seller didn't want to help with the cost of fixing this stuff (actually I didn't get the impression she wanted to help with much at all), so unfortunately we backed out. It was a tough one, but I think we made the right call.

One of my favorite parts of my job is the fall. 5th graders and changing Aspens. I've been taking lots of photos and am learning lots about when to attempt to document things. It's difficult, but really fun and my skills of noticing are improving. There is so much richness if you pay attention. Here's one I like:
